Yes, there is a breakage fee of R1500 payable on booking. If there was no damage then fee will be refunded within 3 days after departure.

We unfortunately do not allow pets.

Check-in begins at 3 PM, giving you ample time to settle in after your travels. If you arrive earlier, feel free to drop your bags off and explore the area or enjoy our amenities until your room is ready.
